Vinci LMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vinci LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an academic institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Vinci LMS provides a management layer on top of GitHub Classroom for academic institutions. Services include grading automation, AI assistance, and student roster management.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the service only for lawful academic purposes and in accordance with your institution's code of conduct.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and AI models of Vinci LMS are the property of Daffathan Labs. Student code and institutional content remain the property of the respective students and institutions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for violations of these terms or non-payment of institutional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinci LMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Vinci LMS and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
