We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, as well as data synced from your GitHub Classroom organizations:

  • Institutional Data: Name of university, department, and academic period.
  • User Data: Names, emails, and roles (Admin, Lecturer, Assistant).
  • Student Data: Names, NIM (Student IDs), and GitHub usernames.
  • Content: Grading feedback, commit history summaries, and course metadata.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Vinci LMS platform.
  • Facilitate the grading and academic management process.
  • Generate AI-assisted summaries (using anonymized data where possible).
  • Improve our platform performance and security.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted over SSL/TLS, and sensitive institutional data is stored with multiple layers of protection.

5. Academic Integrity & Legal Compliance

Vinci LMS is designed to be fully compliant with UU PDP (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi) and relevant regulations by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo). We do not sell student data or use it for targeted advertising.
